Jules Lynch is a rising star in the Canadian music business, building a strong reputation with his success as one of the managers at the Entertainment Business Affairs grant writing department while scouring for the next big talent as the newly appointed A&R for CP Records. It did not take long for the Metalworks Institute Business Entertainment graduate to make a splash in the scene with his first major discovery of close friend Abel Tesfaye and his project The Weeknd – an artist that is making world news as Canada and R&B’s next big thing. His impact has not stopped there, as you can find traces of his work through artists such as Danny Fernandes, Fefe Dobson, Divine Brown, Massari, Addictiv, Ridley Bent, Tone Mason, Ko, and Delhi 2 Dublin to name a few.
However, Jules spends his spare time working on music as a producer, songwriter, and long-time classically trained musician – with a focus in developing new Pop, Hip/Hop, and Folk artists. Now, as a Canadian scout for Red Bull Records in LA and part owner of upcoming hip/hop indie label Bankrush Entertainment, Jules continues to engineer new musical movements from both sides of the fence, helping connect the Canadian music scene to the global music market – one act at a time!
